Fix "Mismatched value (page crawl): price" on Shopify
The error
Mismatched value (page crawl): priceWhat it means
Google crawls your product page and compares the price it finds there, including the price in your on-page structured data, against the price in your product feed. When they disagree, Google disapproves the product for an inaccurate price. This is one of the most common 2026 disapproval causes.
Why it happens on Shopify
On Shopify this usually comes from one of: an SEO or schema app injecting a stale or different price into the JSON-LD than the real variant price; a sale price that updated in one place but not the other; or a multi-currency or Markets setup where the crawled price differs from the feed currency.
How to fix it
- Make the price in your on-page structured data exactly match the real variant price and your feed.
- If you use a schema or SEO app, check that it reads the live variant price rather than a cached or hardcoded value.
- For multi-currency or Markets stores, confirm the price Google crawls is in the same currency as your feed.
- Clear any page cache, then request re-review in Merchant Center.
FeedGuard diffs the price in your page's structured data against your store's live product data, so you can catch this before Google does.
